For items in stock, please allow a processing time of 3 working days for shipping the items.
For items purchased on request, please consider the creation time of the item that varies depending on the order.
An email will be sent to your address with the expected processing times.
EU orders usually arrive within 1-2 weeks.
NATIONAL - Italian - orders usually arrive in less than 1 week.
Each shipment is made with the courier or with the national post service.
Each package has its own tracking number that will be sent to the customer as soon as the item will be shipped.

They are very delicate objects, that's why they are packaged in such a way as not to affect their integrity during the shipment.
We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged and within 3 days of its arrival. Complaints beyond the 3 days limit will not be processed and refund requests will not be accepted.
